The option of using OneDrive should be there I assume. I've never uploaded a custom movie earlier but I merely did there, hither is the workaround steps to upload a custom pic.
1. Open border browser on the Xbox
ii. Search for OneDrive and login
three. Find the picture you want to make your custom pic, open up it in OneDrive and download it.
4. Become to "Save as" and confirm the location you lot want to download information technology. The "downloads" folder should be default and volition work fine.
